The room was well-equipped and the staff was DELIGHTFUL. The breakfast was fine and offered plenty of fresh food. Lovely beds, coffee, balcony and terrace were a nice touch.

exceptional service, lovely breakfast, phenomenal location. they made my stay superb. decent view, a tiny balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. the furniture was contemporary. there was a nice restaurant, supermarket and the shops next door.

The staff were informative, the room was immaculate, the location was unbelievable. The staff did all they can for a good stay. You could walk to the shops and a supermarket. For evening meal I visited Lo Spuntino, since it was next door to the hotel.

Very welcoming staff; friendly check in. Lots of appetising food. Handy location, within walking distance of york art gallery. Nice gardens on the territory. My experience at this fabulous hotel was decent.

Staff and location were immaculate, we really enjoyed that everything was just perfect. The property was set in a downtown area. Friendly reception. Definitely, free Wi-Fi in public areas was really convenient.
